You don’t always need your Xbox access to view and change your
billing address. You can also do this by visiting
account.microsoft.com/account/ through your computer. Here is how.
1. Open the above link in a browser.
2. Click the Sign-in option and enter the account
details showing the billing address issue.
3. Then go to ‘Payment & billing’ section.
4. And choose ‘Billing info.’
5. Go to ‘Edit profile.’
6. Check the entered billing address and correct it.
Changing the billing
address from Xbox One console
1. Start your Xbox One and select ‘Settings’ from
the guide menu.
2. After entering into the Setting screen, choose
‘All Settings.’
3. Go to ‘Account.’
