Christian Bale Might Appear in Thor: Love and Thunder

The Oscar-nominated star Christian Bale might make an appearance in Thor 4 which is going to begin its development in the summers of this year. He is not a newbie in playing the comic characters as he is known for his role as the caped crusader in the Christopher Nolan’s Batman trilogy. He appeared as Batman in three live-action movies. He has also appeared as the main actor in several popular films including the Terminator Salvation. Christian Bale is the actor who generally stays away from the films that have a massive budget but weak storyline. He has loved to play roles in director-driven movies be it The Big Short, American Hustle and Vice.

That choice has made him one of the most repetitive actors of all time, but now it seems he will join the Thor 4 cast soon. Thor movies always require a pretty huge budget as they contain too many VFX and CGI shots which require a lot of time and money to accomplish. When Bale ended his career with the Christopher Nolan’s Batman project, Avengers from MCU released and it made the Marvel studio so popular among superhero fans. The Avenger movie broke the box office record at the time, and it made a new impression even among the general audience.
Now that the infinity saga has ended fans are clamouring for the phase 4 movies and eagerly seeking movie plot details as much as possible. The Thor is returning in the sequel of Thor: Ragnarok and the cast is not completed yet. Taika Waititi is now planning for the movie and its directory. The cast is made up of Chris Hemsworth, Tessa Thompson and Natalie Portman, but Christian Bale is not confirmed cast for now.
According to Collider Bale had a meeting for having a role in the upcoming Thor Love and Thunder. The film shooting will take place in Australia in the coming summer. This movie is set to release in November 2021, and you have to wait until the release. Bale is shining in the talks of the success of Ford v. Ferrari, and now he is planning to settle down back in Hollywood. In the movie Solo: A Stars Wars Story film, Bale was planning to join the cast of the movie, but due to some reasons, it dissolved in jus news. This time it seems like a bit confirmed that he would join the cast of Thor 4.
Bale is known for his chameleon-like talent in the various movies, and now he will try this ability in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. He is inspired and attracted by the work of Waititi in the Thor: Ragnarok which made Waititi an auteur. The film didn’t only introduce the unique plot, but also entertained the fans with action-packed scenes as well as perfect humorous scenes.
It is still a mystery that what role will be offered to Bale by Waititi as the director works in a comedic edge while directing a film. We might get surprised by the role of Bale in the movie as the role can be a new category for Bale. The actor is known for primarily serious roles and has very rare and dark comedy roles in a few movies. Taika Waititi directing the movie does not mean that Bale will be only a source to make viewers laugh in the movie, but he might get a serious and essential role in Thor 4.
