  3. Then insert ‘msconfig’ into it and press the Enter button to launch the ‘System Configuration’ screen.
  4. You should launch the tab of Services and mark the ‘Hide all Microsoft services’ box.
  5. You should click on the ‘Disable all’ option.
  6. Now, reach the tab of Startup and click on the ‘Open Task Manager’ option.
  7. Later, invoke the tab of Startup into the screen of Task Manager.
  8. You should choose and then Disable all of them.
  9. Finally, shut the launched screens and reboot the system.

Launch the System Restore into the Safe Mode and Look at the Problem Status

To launch the system, restore into the safe mode, and look at the problem status, follow these steps given below:

  1. Hold the Windows key on the keyboard to launch the menu.
  2. Then hit the button of Power to shut down the system.
  3. After that, press the Shift button over the keyboard then hit the Restart button.
  4. Once reboot the system, click on the Troubleshoot option.
  5. Go to the ‘Advanced options’ option and click on it.
  6. Then click on the ‘Startup Settings’ option.
  7. Now, hit on the Restart button.
  8. Once again, once reboot the system, hit the F5 key to choose the ‘Safe Mode with Networking’ option.
  9. After access the Safe Mode attempt to run a system restore.

Run System Restore from Advanced Options Window

To run a system restore from the Advanced Options window, follow these steps given below:

  1. After booting the system via System Repair Disc or DVD, you will get a black screen saying ‘Press any key to boot from CD or DVD.’
  2. Then hit any button you want.
  3. You will get a new screen says: ‘Choose your keyboard layout screen.’
  4. After that, click on the right time and then choose Keyboard layout.
  5. You should reach the bottom left screen and choose the ‘Repair your computer’ option.
  6. Now, hit the ‘Troubleshoot’ button through the screen of ‘Choose an option.’
  7. Later, reach the screen of Troubleshoot and choose ‘Advanced options.’
  8. Lastly, click on the ‘System Restore.’

Repair System Restore Problems Caused by Particular Errors

To repair system, restore problems caused by particular errors, follow these steps given below:

  1. Hold the Win and R hotkeys altogether over the keyboard to open the Run prompt.
  2. Then input ‘gpedit.msc’ in it and select the OK button.
  3. Reach the left panel and choose the ‘Computer Configuration’ option.
  4. You should click on the ‘Administrative Templates’ option. 
  5. Now, tick both options: ‘Turn off System Restore settings’ and ‘Turn off Configuration.’
  6. In case they are not fixed to ‘Not Configured’, click twice on every setting and change it to ‘Not Configured.’
  7. Finally, hit on the Apply and then OK buttons to apply the changes.

Run SFC

To run SFC, follow these steps given below:

  1. Launch the Command Prompt by following the steps above.
  2. Once you get it, right-click on it then pick the ‘Run as Administrator’ option.
  3. Go to the new screen and insert the pursuing command and hit the Enter key: sfc/scannow
  4. Now, reboot the system.
